IPM manages projects in a proactive way, getting the best of all project participants and contributors.
We use the management principles of PRINCE2 unless the client has its own bespoke process and procedures.
One of the prime elements for IPM is to match the most appropriate resource to each of the project roles. This done we then encourage empowerment of individuals to achieve optimum delivery.
At IPM we have staff with varying levels of experience- those experienced in delivery of minor projects(£Thousands) through to mid range Projects (£Millions) or staff with track records of delivering high profile programmes (£hundreds of millions)
IPM is a "LEAN" practitioner and it encourages all team members to adopt the same attitude in the interests of our client.
