Systems Integration

'Specialist IT' Systems delivery or modifications to existing systems can leave an operation at risk to disruption and failures if contractors are not carefully managed.

IPM staff are well practiced in formulating strategies to allow upgrades to operational systems without the risk of disruption to operations.

In order to deliver Successful Systems Integration, early identification of discrete systems and interfaces is essential. IPM are able to work various teams and pull together the interfacing between systems/teams that will allow early interface testing to be completed prior to integration testing.

We also support the strategy of 'off site' testing - this allows for systems to be testing in isolation from operational systems with upgrades to live systems carried out only after successful completion of the 'off site' element of testing.
