Track Record

In the last 15 years IPM have delivered in excess of £2b worth of construction projects, ranging from £50k to £350m. We have achieved this across a portfolio of in excess of 100 projects, and that’s not counting the numerous consultancy studies we undertake every year!!

Some of our key achievements:-

Instrumental in the introduction of pre-assembly techniques to the Pier 6 Project at London Gatwick airport. The project solution of prefabricating the 1,500 tonne fully fitted out bridge landside, prior to transportation to its final position meant that the taxiway was only closed for 1 week as opposed to 5 months. It also avoided the need to construct five additional temporary aircraft stands at a cost of £10m, if planning permission was obtained.

Our team was also instrumental in driving a saving of £40m on the T5 fit out project, achieved through rigorous value engineering with the supply chain and challenging pre-conceived ideas about how the project should be delivered.

Our in-house designers have worked on the design of the Baggage Handling Systems at over 20 of the worlds airports.

Saved £20m on airport satellite building through design re-engineering.

Completed a £2.7m terminal re-configuration in 11 weeks, including; new check-in desks, BHS and re-branding to deliver on an urgent business requirement.

LGW 100% HBS delivered with a 33% reduction in programme and 22% cost saving. Completed 1 year early with a £6.14m in cost saving and £3.6m in extra asset delivered as part of the accelerated programme.
